AI is transforming businesses, but the most successful AI-driven organizations are those where leadership understands that AI is not just a technology but a mindset. AI is most powerful when diverse teams bring different perspectives to the table, so creating an inclusive culture that allows for feedback and experimentation is essential for driving innovation.
